About the Role
We’re seeking a bilingual, licensed professional with proven experience in a State Farm agency to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving retention and growth. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage day-to-day service needs and confidently pivot into in-book sales—identifying coverage gaps, preparing quotes, and cross-selling/upselling when it benefits the customer.
Responsibilities

Customer Service & Retention
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat for policy changes/endorsements, billing, ID cards, certificates, and claims support.
- Conduct proactive renewal and coverage reviews; execute retention outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records in ECRM/Agent Toolkit and follow carrier/agency procedures.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat for policy changes/endorsements, billing, ID cards, certificates, and claims support.

Sales (In-Book Pivoting)
- During service interactions, identify needs and recommend additional lines (Auto, Home, Umbrella; Life/Health if licensed).
- Generate quotes, manage follow-ups, close opportunities or hand off to a producer.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity, quality, and production goals.

Qualifications

Fluent Spanish and English (required)—professional verbal and written communication in both.

State Farm agency experience (required) with strong working knowledge of ECRM/Agent Toolkit and State Farm workflows.

Active P&C license (required); Life & Health preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated success in both service and sales (cross-sell/upsell) with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills; calm and professional under pressure.

Remote-ready setup: reliable high-speed internet, quiet/secure workspace, and comfort on video meetings.
