Jeff Gottesman State Farm in South Philadelphia (19148) is hiring a highly driven Acquisitions Specialist to aggressively grow new business.

This is not a passive service role.

You will be responsible for actively driving new policy growth across multiple lines in the South Philadelphia market.  This position is built for someone who can confidently engage prospects, uncover needs, and turn conversations into new policies. You’ll work warm and cold leads, follow a structured sales process, and consistently push toward production goals. 

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referral follow-up, community outreach, and marketing leads

  • Engage prospects, uncover needs, and present tailored insurance solutions

  • Run quote conversations with confidence and close decisively

  • Build and manage a strong daily pipeline of opportunities

  • Maintain high activity levels to consistently hit weekly and monthly production goals

  • Track metrics, document activity, and stay aligned with agency performance standards

  • Cross-sell and maximize every opportunity

This is a metrics-driven environment. Activity creates opportunity. Opportunity creates income.


Licensing Requirements

Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold:

  • Property & Casualty License

  • Life & Health License

If not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 start date. Licensing support and guidance are provided.
